If a system or connection error occurs this is immediately reported onscreen to the operator who then notifies the installer. RemoteGUARD 2.0 also constantly monitors the availability of the network connection.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATED VIDEO
RemoteGUARD is a video monitoring service within CAMS which is vastly superior to video verification services. With video monitoring the analytics within the surveillance system sends the alarm events to the monitoring centre, and not the alarm system.
This is important because it allows the operator to simply mouse click on the incoming alarm event and the relevant video event is then launched directly to screen for an instant visual of who or what caused the alarm.
The seamless one step process within RemoteGUARD makes video alarms just as easy for an operator to action as a traditional alarm event.
